Under no circumstances will Eventful release your name, email address or any other personal information to any other party or organization.

When you purchase products from Eventful we require personal information such as your credit card and shipping address. This is used for billing and filling your order only and if problems occur, the personal information you provide will be used to contact you.

Delivery
Eventful uses Australia Post, accordingly please allow 5 to 10 days for your delivery to arrive within Australia and 10 to 14 days for deliveries outside Australia. Postage is calculated according to your delivery address and the height of your order when you reach the checkout.

Prices
All prices shown are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and including GST.

Returns Policy
Eventful takes great pride offering a range of products and take care to package your purchase so that it will reach you in perfect condition. Eventful does NOT accept any responsibility for goods damaged in transit. Eventful will gladly refund the purchase price for goods returned in original condition and in the original packaging.
